Hiyaa I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I will no longer be staying in Canterbury. The room is available from 5th August, could be negotiated to be earlier if needed. It is for 12 month tenancy which ends in June next year. The room is a one bed studio, equipped with a full sized kitchen and en-suite. Room comes with all bills included in rent. This means your water, electricity, gas and WiFi are covered.
📍The studio is located in Ethelbert Road, CT1 area.
The rent can be paid every month or every 2/3 months, as this can be discussed with the landlord and owners to best suit you. I am currently paying every month, however the date for this can also be changed to suit your own convenience.
