Large double room in central Canterbury

I have two very friendly cats so would prefer an animal lover, but at the least you must be tolerant of the cats.

This is a large, furnished double bedroom at the back of the house on a main road. The room overlooks the garden and is very quiet with little noise from the road. The house has a patio area and a very large garden (much larger than can be seen in the photos!)

The house is 15 minutes walk away from town and is within 5 minutes walk of an Aldi, Asda, retail park and bus stops on a main bus route. There is a decent amount of free, on-street parking available on my street and the surrounding roads.

The price includes bills and a fortnightly cleaner.
