Unfurnished Double Room Available

I am currently away for work and have yet to sort out the room but I will have a double room available from November.

It is unfurnished but does have a desk. There isn't really a communal living room as it's meant to be a kitchen/living area but it's too small to be honest to be that, so my living area was the upstairs bedroom that I will move into. Room available is the downstairs bedroom.

Everything will be split evenly. Rent is £550 and bills are not included but shouldn't be more than £200. Will have superfast broadband by the time of move in date.

I have two indoor cats which are non-negotiable. If this is an issue please don't message me.

I am looking for a female housemate so if you are male, I'm sorry but I won't respond.

If you work in the theatre industry even better as we will both understand what our work/life balance is like.
