Room Available - Riverside

I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy for the year 24/25 ASAP as my circumstances have changed and no longer need accommodation within the city of Canterbury. The available room is room D102C in Riverside Student Quarters available, there is another room in the flat D102 available which can be up for discussion if interested. The gender of the other flatmates are disclosed as other as I'm only aware of 2 of the other occupants which are male however this is a mixed gender flat. The current tenancy for this room is a 40 week tenancy however, this can be extended to a 51 week tenancy. The current installments on this tenancy are £1,120.50 upon taking over the tenancy in August 2024, £2,805 on the 1st of October 2024 and the 13th of January 2025 and £1,683 on the 21st of April 2025.
