All bills are shared, and paid monthly.
The house is heated by gas central heating. There is parking within the close. The house is within 8 mins walk to Canterbury West Train Station, 11 mins to St Dunstans, 16 mins to Canterbury High Street, 18 mins to the University. There are also plenty of buses on route to the city or university if you do not want to walk!
