Hi,

We are looking for a respectful and considerate postgraduate student (Master’s or PhD) or a working professional who appreciates a calm, study-focused environment and values the academic or career commitments of the other two flatmates.

The current tenant is due to move out at the end of July 2025, and the room will be available from 23rd August 2025. We’re ideally seeking someone who can commit to at least a 10–11 month stay.

The property is a well-maintained, centrally located three-bedroom flat situated next to Canterbury East Station and Aldi, with just a 15-minute walk to Canterbury West and the city centre—offering great convenience for both study and leisure.
