there is a spacious room in a 4-bedroom house with a double bed. there are 3 toilets/bathrooms (2 of which you’ll have definite access to).
this property is complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a small relaxing garden requiring no maintenance - so the house is fully furnished.
it’s close to the city centre and also has easy routes to get to any university campuses - so it makes getting around uncomplicated!
there are 4 lovely and decent housemates (1 of which i am).
the property is situated in a nice and quiet area. i’m looking for a decent, tidy and polite housemate.
the rent per month is £499 + £112.98 (for utilities - which includes all your water, electricity, gas & heating, internet/wifi connection & broadband, any cable charges, appliances, waste & recycling - so basically everything ☺️) - other fees like council tax is taken care of so that’s less hassle! (if you’re a student).
the tenancy is from 10th July 2024 - end of June 2025 (though if you need longer, you can contact the agents).
