Large double room available for rent near the centre of Canterbury. Fully furnished with double bed, chest of draws and cupboards (a single cupboard and large double cupboard). House has one full upstairs bathroom and one downstairs loo, with an open plan living area, and separate kitchen. Included bills are council tax, water and broadband. Extra bills are gas and electricity.

The house is in a dead end street with on-street parking. Living with two 26 years old, both working professionals. Looking for another person to be welcomed into the house, it really does feel like a home! Both super respectful and tidy, so looking for someone similar.
