5-10 mins walk to the bus station, Canterbury Christ Church University and the town centre. Not walking distance to University of Kent but there are regular buses from the station. Bills roughly £200 a month split three ways (~£66).
I am learning the drums but they are electronic so the noise isn't too bad. Neighbours are nice and not too noisy either.
