Need a lovely housemate urgently

This house is a 7 bed house whereby there’s currently 4 of us and urgently looking for another ! There are 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs 1 downstairs with showers in both), a great sized kitchen, living area with dining table and a lovely garden. All rooms are similar sizing and spacious enough for uni living :) The rent has a bills package we are opting for and council tax doesn’t need to be paid as we are students.
