Student-Only Let 2 Other Housemates Needed 2025-26

Looking for 2 other housemates for next year starting Jul 1 2025 - Jun 30 2026.

There is on-street parking but need a permit that costs about £100 a year. There is a garden but it's not in a usable state (see photos). No council tax as student-only.

5-10 mins walk to bus station, Canterbury Christ Church University, University for the Creative Arts and town centre. Not walking distance to University of Kent but there are regular buses from the station. Bills roughly £200 a month split three ways (~£66).

I am learning the drums but they are electronic so the noise isn't too bad. Neighbours are nice and not too noisy either.
