We have two rooms available in a spacious home with four rooms total. The rent for each room is £565 per month, with an additional deposit of £260.

Tenants can enjoy shared access to the kitchen, living room, salon, toilet, bathroom, and garden, plus two parking spaces—free parking area! Rent includes all bills: council tax, TV license, and water. Gas and electricity are shared among tenants in the house on a top-up system.

Conveniently located 20 minutes from the city center, the house is opposite a public transport bus stop, and just behind it is a local grocery shop, making errands easy!
