A large 1 bed (2 bath) furnished flat

This is a large (850 sq feet plus) 1 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The apartment comes furnished without the TV and TV unit. It was originally designed as a 2 bed flat but the second bedroom has been incorporated into the living area. I am the present tenant and am looking for someone to take over the tenancy (in place till 25th June). Flat is available from mid January. It comes with a designated parking space and visitor parking in a gated community. Feel free to ask if any questions. Reason for moving - new hospital as part of residency training rotation which was not planned.
