HI. I am currently advertising this room that I lived in shortly. I moved out because I wanted to share a house with some of my good friends. I would like someone to take over my tenancy from anytime until JUNE 2025.

ONLY UKC students are able to rent this property. It is based in Bossenden Court. im looking for someone who is ideally a first year.
. it is such a great location and its on CAMPUS.
It's about a 10 minute walk to classes and the sports centre is across the road. The flat itself contains EN-SUITE rooms.
