Need someone to replace me for 2 months

Hey, I’m Sana and I’m currently living in this room. I’ll be away for 2 months and need someone to take over my room for those two months.

The room has a double sized bed, a wardrobe, study table and plenty of drawer spaces. I’ll make space in the room for your time of stay to keep your things. The room has an en-suite personal bathroom too.

You’ll be sharing the living room and the kitchen with 4 other tenants (3 Male and 1 Female) who are all very clean and respectful.
A weekly cleaner comes and cleans the shared spaces and the backyard.

I am looking for someone who likes to keep things neat and tidy and will be able to take care of my room the way it is.

The rent includes all bills and the council tax. You wont have to pay any extra charges. Neither do you need to pay any deposit.

The house has a backyard where smoking is allowed.

If the dates (mid of feb till the mid of april) dont work out with you, I am ready to accommodate you and work things out with the dates that suit you. (But it needs to be around feb/march)
