Looking for someone to take over my current tenancy, so you would not have a roommate. Only one bed (twin) equipped with on suit and your own kitchen.

Onsite staff and security at all times.

Payments are done by term and not by month. Please message if you want an exact detail of how these terms payments are divided.

If possible it would be preferred able for tenant to fully take over the contract by January 14th 2025. However if it must be later we can work out something between us.
