We have a garden room that’s for potential rent as a one bedroom self contained unit.
It’s double glazed and recently painted with a small decked area to the front over looking fields
You have your own gated entrance that’s to the right of the property
The property itself is set back off the road and is very quiet.
We would prefer someone who is the same.

There’ is internet supplied from our property via a booster but can never guarantee the strength quality.
This would suit someone who needs a stop gap or a short term fix.
Could be used also as a office as well
There is an outside toilet next to the garden room which is made up by a camping style cartridge system and sink also.
There is no hot water please note
Fresh cold water can be gathered via the front of our property.
We will be running a monthly rolling term for either party to give notice
We’re situated on the a28 5 minutes to Sturry and 20 minutes to Margate
Canterbury being only 15 mins away
