Hello everyone, I have a small en-suite room in a 7 bed student house available as a tenancy takeover at ‘Parham Student Village'. I no longer need this room and need to find a replacement tenant.

This room is available for any university student studying in Canterbury.

1st January - 1st April: £2501.43
1st April - 19th July: £2477.34
