I'm looking for a student or a student couple (either CCCU, UKC or UCA) to take over my contract between July 1st and August 29th 2025 (with the possibility to extend it if the same room is still available from September, bookings are open from today).
It is a studio apartment at Canterbury Manor Student Accommodation, Parham Road. It has a double bed, room for a sofa, kitchen, desk and a private bathroom. Facilities also include a cinema room, laundry room, gym, WiFi and multiple study rooms.
The price will be £208 a week including all bills and utilities.
