Lovely double room in quiet house

This is for a double room near university of Kent.

A short walk to Canterbury west station and town with various buses available. Parking is available on the street.

I’m a gardener and my boyfriend is a chef, it’s a quiet, friendly house. Not a party place as we both work pretty hard during the week and at weekends. It would be nice to have the occasional chat and glass of wine together but this would also be suited to someone who prefers to keep themselves to themselves.

Communal areas are cleaned regularly.

Two bathrooms.

Max stay is 6 months but there is a possibility of extending that if it’s a good fit.
