Double bedroom to rent 6 minutes from city centre

I am currently in the process of moving out and I’m looking for someone to rent my current room.

The place is a 4 bedroom terrace with an open living and kitchen area as well as a garden outback. The rentable room is a furnished double bedroom which contains a wardrobe, double bed, desk and chair. There is a shared bathroom between three of us as well as a toilet downstairs. There is also a driveway to park as well as free parking around the back of the property.

The place is about a 6 minute walk from Canterbury city center and around a 10 minute walk to Canterbury West station. There is a big Sainsbury’s just down the road as well.

There are three lovely guys that currently live here; two of them work and one is a PHD student. We are a friendly and sociable house with hobbies such as cooking, music, sports and board games.
