Unfortunately, my living situation has changed for next year. My house mates are 4 girls going into their 3rd year at UKC - all very friendly!
The bedroom is the first picture below: it is a double room located at the bad of the house and there is two bathrooms. There is a spacious living/dinning area (with a tv) and a good sized kitchen with a washing machine and dryer. The house is a 10 minute walk from UKC, the rent is £640pcm and the deposit is £150.
We are looking for another girl to live with, a potential house mate should expect a family like environment where everyone feels included and social. The girls are mature, understanding, tidy and fun so any potential problems that bubble up should be able to be easily and quickly resolved.
