I have on a couple of occasions in fact carried these out successfully - but note most of the time they go wrong. in common with dogs, smart phones seem to dislike me + I cannot keep up with different types of software, so your best bet is to go round the house in person. if only one prospective tenant is available for an actual viewing they could potentially film it + pass it around everyone else

although having said that I am prepared to have a go at using the technology if all else fails
