Hi all, looking for a new flatmate for a great location in the centre of Canterbury. The room is large enough to fit a king size bed if needed and has an ensuite with sink, toilet and shower.
The room is unfurnished but the shared living area is furnished at present.
Rent is as of now £600 but cold increase, utilities at present average £140 (water, gas, electric and internet).
This would mean starting a new contract with the landlord with the current end date being May 18th 2025 (starting the new contract May 19th onwards). They require 1 month of notice meaning this would need to be raised to them by the 18th April.
