PGCE Student looking for current students to share

I am a PGCE Primary student who is set to start studying in September 2025 at Canterbury Christchurch University and am currently on the look for two new housemates to share with, preferably those who are doing a PGCE or are current university students themselves.

The house itself is a comfortable and furnished house, suitable for current and postgrad students. This property is perfectly located tucked away in a quiet square, yet 5 minutes walk to CCCU and the city centre! Local nightlife, large supermarkets and bus routes are nearby.
This house boasts three bedrooms with double beds, a large modern shower room with double shower enclosure, and additional downstairs living room, kitchen, toilet and a spacious lawned rear garden (maintained by the Landlord). The house comes fully furnished, including a flat screen TV to the lounge area.
