Looking for a tidy, quiet and organised housemate

Looking for a tidy, quiet and organised housemate to take up the second largest bedroom in the house. (Room 3 on the floor plan). The house is a 19 mins walk to Keynes College. Hoping for someone communicative, friendly and easy to talk to. We would prefer someone who respects or shares some of our interests. Strong preference for a female housemate due to religious reasons. The house has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a reliable combination boiler. It has a fridge freezer as well as additional under-counter freezer. The bathroom has a shower over bath and there is an additional toilet downstairs. As a student-only property, council tax is not payable. There is free street parking available, a parking permit is not necessary. The current broadband bill is £7.62 each monthly. The energy bill is roughly in the range of £25-£57 depending on the season. We have a joint bank account for utility payments, where each person keeps £30 at all times.
