Due to an urgent family situation, I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious and bright double room in Canterbury. It’s fully furnished and move-in ready!

Location: 10 mins walk to the University of Kent, quiet and safe neighborhood

Available: Now until July 4 (flexible move-in)

Rent: £750/month, including all bills (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi)
• This was my agreed short-term (2-month) rate.
• If you’re looking for long-term, I can help negotiate a cheaper rent with the landlady

Room Features:
• Large desk – perfect for study or remote work
• Big windows with lush greenery and plenty of sunlight
• Fully furnished: double bed, large wardrobe, bookshelf

Shared Facilities:
• 5-bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms (both with showers)
• Clean kitchen and washing machine
• Currently, only two Chinese girls live here, they are quiet and clean
• Female tenants preferred
