Three bedroom houseshare near town

We are in need of a third house buddy to replace our last! We are both vegan and live within walking distance of town centre, CC University & Sainsburys. Your bedroom comes with a double bed, two chests of drawers, a built in wardrobe and a bedside unit. We have a shared washing machine & tumble dryer.

We both value cleanliness and our own space, but we do enjoy the occasional social gathering. Sometimes we even cook for one another - we are a very chilled household, but it's important we have clear communication between one another. We use a calendar to notify each other when we are working, are away and when guests are staying overnight. We also use WhatsApp.

Our housemate must be sensible, respectful and tidy. We don't mind a bit of noise (within reason) and we tend to follow the rule of 'put things back as you found it'.

The living room can be used as a guest room - the sofa turns into a bed and a curtain can be closed all around the space for privacy.

Monthly payment includes council tax. If you are a student, payment will be around £532 per month as you won't have to pay for council tax.
