Single Room in 2 Bed Flat

Hi there!

I’m looking for a room mate for the first time in 3 and half years of living in my flat alone. Since a change of career I cannot afford to live here on my own so everything will be 50/50. Bills coming out of my account, rent paid directly to the landlord not through myself.
I have an en-suite but you will have your own personally bathroom with a bath.
The entire flat is furnished with my personal belongings, not be the letting agent, so as you can imagine, I would be letting you into my home as a lodger.
There is free parking on site if required. The flat is on the ground floor. The building was built in 2007 so it is fairly new and when I moved it, I got new carpets and a fresh paint job.
I look after the place very well, I am very clean and would expect the same of you.
I’m not looking for a party animal to live with me or someone who is going to be bringing lots of random people into my home, just someone who is calm, quiet and considerate.

Please note on the picture of the room, it is yet to be cleared as I’ve always used it as my office/sim racing room and audio storage room.
