We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our home in Canterbury 🏡

The room/house -

Lovely large double room with plenty of space for a desk and houseplants 🪴 The room comes semi-furnished which includes the bed, side table and massive sliding wardrobe!

House is very spacious with three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room (with a piano!!) and bathroom. We also have a large garden that we are slowly bringing back to life, so if you’re someone who enjoys gardening and would like to get involved that would be great! 🌿

Room is available now!
Rent is £375 a month, bills are around £160 a month so about £535 a month in total
Council tax band D
Students will need to pay council tax

Amazing location and really well connected!

Only a 5 minute walk to Canterbury West station with direct trains to London
10 minute walk into the centre of town where there are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs
Bus stop nearby with buses that take you towards Whitstable
Really close to the beautiful Westgate Gardens and the River Stour where you can walk, run or cycle to Chartham
Easy to get to the countryside or beach - we have the best of both worlds!

About us -

You’ll be sharing with Thom (30) and myself (29). We are both creative and love music - Thom plays too many instruments to mention and I (try) to sing and play piano. It would be great to find another musician to join us!
This is a chilled, friendly house and a safe space - NOT a party house.

About you -

We’re looking for someone who’s kind, considerate, friendly and clean and tidy. Ideally of a similar age and would be a bonus if you’re creative and/or musical! We’d love to find someone who wants to make the house a home and is up for hanging out but also respects space and alone time.
