We have a large double room (£550/month) available and a small double (£450/month) in a welcoming 6-bedroom end-of-terrace house on Whitstable Road — ideally located between the University of Kent and Canterbury city centre, just a short walk to both.

Ideally students, so the house remains council-tax free. Non-students are welcome but would need to cover their share of council tax.
