I’m looking for someone to take over my room ASAP in a lovely 4-bed house as I need to move out as soon as possible. My current tenancy runs until the end of February, so this would be a great short-term option with immediate availability. If willing, your stay can be extended further.

House includes:
-A shared bathroom + toilet on the first floor
-An additional toilet on the ground floor
-A large shared kitchen with two big fridges (Individually numbered shelves and fridge space for each room, so you’ll have plenty of personal storage)
-A shared living room with a dining table and two sofas

All bills are included — water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, broadband, and council tax.
