The rent is cheap at £350 per month, paid to the letting agents (Gordan Miller). The bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet) is approximately £130 per month.

Canterbury City Centre is a 15 minute walk away. Asda, farmfoods, B&Q, starbucks and others are a 10-15 minute walk too the opposite direction from town.
