Hi, my name is Tomek. I have a double room to rent in a quiet and clean 3-bedroom house in Canterbury. The house was renovated a couple of years ago and is in very good condition.
The property is located on a dead-end road, so there is no traffic or loud cars around. The area also has free on-street parking, and it’s very easy to find a spot.
The room measures 275 cm x 325 cm and is currently unfurnished, as I’m happy to purchase furniture to suit the successful tenant. There is a shower room and a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, both with very easy access from the room. There is also another bathroom upstairs, which my son and I use most of the time.
I run a property renovation business and I’m usually out Monday to Friday for most of the day. My 10-year-old son, Isaac, stays with me from Sunday to Wednesday morning. He attends school, so the house is empty for most daytime hours.
A cleaner comes every second week, and the house is kept clean on a daily basis. There is also a back garden with a sunny patio, BBQ, and seating area—ideal for relaxing in good weather.
All bills and high-speed internet are included in the agreed rent. The house is non-smoking and pet-free.
