Enjoy Canterbury this Summer with your own place

Hi!

I'm going travelling for a few months and looking for someone to lodge in my apartment while I'm away.

The apartment is very large, with two bedrooms. I'm looking to rent out the larger bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom.

I'll still use the smaller bedroom to store a few things but won't be around most of the time, so you'll pretty much have the whole place to yourself.

There are two balconies, one overlooking the river and sunsets. Parking is included as well.

Only a 5-10 minute walk into central Canterbury.

All bills included (paid by me)
