Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Riverside student accommodation as soon as possible.

* 🏠 Type: Private ensuite room in a shared flat
* 💷 Rent: £189 per week
* 📅 Available immediately
* 🛏️ Fully furnished room (bed, desk, storage)
* 🍳 Shared kitchen and living space with other students
* 🚿 En-suite bathroom (if applicable)

I’ve never actually moved into the room, so it is completely unused and ready for someone to move in right away.

I’m currently a student and due to unexpected financial changes, I’m urgently looking for a replacement tenant to take over the contract.
