Large Double Room available in quirky home

Hi- I'm Clem. I am the current tenant in the property and I have lived here for nearly a year. Currently living here is just me and my 4 year old House Cat called Domino. He is a vocal, friendly and cuddly boy so cat lovers preferred!

The property is on Lansdown Road which is a fantastic location. Under ten minute walk to town, 5 minute walk to Canterbury East station and Wincheap and lots of amenities close by with a Premier, Tesco Express and Waitrose a few minutes away. There is also a fab coffee shop at the end of the road and a pub round the corner. The road is very quiet and the neighbours are friendly. There is some on street parking available but is first come first served for the houses on the road.

The property itself is very secluded, Semi detached with a front garden space with a hedge for some privacy. The house is a beautiful Victorian 2/3 bed, with some original features. The communal spaces will be furnished with my existing furniture already - I am quite maximalist and enjoy dopamine interior so it's not your average neutral decor.

There is a communal living room and a large kitchen/ dining room with a 4 seater table.
The bathroom is very spacious with a shower cubicle and separate bath.
There is ample storage in the house including an under stairs cupboard, a wardrobe upstairs and a cupboard for additional storage and an outdoor small shed in the garden.
There is a lawn garden with decking - currently not really using but will make a lovely outdoor space with some furniture and prettying.
The room itself is unfurnished, a very large double room with a bay window and lots of light, with a shoe cupboard and bookshelf.

Bills:
Council Tax band B
Water is around £50-60 pcm for the household
Gas and Electric is with Octopus on a smart meter so is priced on actual usage.

About me:
I am 32, I work as a Café Manager in Whistable. I am neat and tidy and enjoy cooking.
I play guitar and sing at open mics. I love board games and Yahtzee, watching sitcoms or musicals and hanging out drinking craft beer or fancy teas and matcha. I'm very social but prefer nights in to nights out and you'll usually find me just cooking and chilling on a "school night"
