Very light, very quiet, large, city centre room on the top floor with a view of the Cathedral from the room. Garage which you are welcome to use. The flat currently is owned by me & occupied by myself & my son (20). I am away the whole summer & he will move to Sheffield in Early October. So, initially this will be 4 months with him & then I wld be looking to take his room if I move back in. I would be looking to start with a 3 month agreement & review after 3 months, but in terms of longevity, a year is entirely probable. My son is a Climber, works at the Climbing Centre & is fit, clean living & driven. The apartment wld suit someone with a similar outlook - ie into health, fitness, someone purposeful & bright.
