I have two spacious double rooms available in a friendly and quiet house in St Dunstan's, Canterbury, within easy walking distance of the city centre, Canterbury West station, and local amenities.

🏠 Room 1: Large double room, suitable for an individual (£500 per month for an individual OR £650 per month for a couple).

🏠 Room 2: Spacious double room, suitable for a couple – £750 per month.

I am a professional and occupy one of the rooms myself. However, I travel frequently for work and am usually at home only during weekends, so the house is often very quiet and offers plenty of privacy.

I am looking for clean, respectful, and responsible tenants who will enjoy a peaceful living environment.

Bills:
Water and broadband/internet are included in the rent. Gas and electricity bills are shared equally among all occupants of the property.

For working professionals, there is an additional contribution of £50 per person per month towards the council tax.
