2xDouble rooms in quiet and clean household

After many years in this house, 2 of us are moving out on the 30st of September but we could be flexible and move up to 10 days before if both rooms are gone.
The rooms that will free up are Room 1 and 2 on the floorplan.
We are working professionals and there are 2 bathrooms for 4 people (1 for 3 rooms + 1 en-suite). We do not drink and we are not a party house at all. The occasional dinner is perfectly fine and if you do drink that is not an issue but overall the household is peaceful and party people won’t be a good match. We are a calm household but we do like to chit chat when we cook or have dinner together sometimes. We do not want to live with a stranger but for everybody to be comfortable and feel in their home.
We’re french, malaysian and chinese, it’s always interesting to discover about each other.
The house is 180 sqm and over 3 stories so we do not tend to be in each others space that often. There is an extra space to work from home as well if you wanted. Room 1 is probably about 12sqm + bathroom and Room 2 is about 20sqm so has enough space for a desk and a couch.
Both rooms come with storage in the walls and bed+mattress but you’ll need your own desk/bedside table etc.
The property has a back garden/terrace and the neighborhood is lovely. We do get along with the neighbours very well.

The wifi is fibre and covers the whole house and top floor very well ( average 200mb/s download speed and 20+Mb/s upload speed)

The en-suite room could consider a Male if right for the house but the downstairs room will only be for a woman for bathroom purposes.
This is a women house currently.

Professionals are preferred or mature students.

We cannot accept a pet or a smoker, sorry.
