A really great house a few minutes walk from the East Station and from the town towards the hospital. A quiet area with on-street parking (with a licence). The house is neat and well-decorated throughout. We are looking for two new tenants: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor both at the front of the house. Fully furnished including a double bed. The house has a first floor bathroom a ground floor shower room, two toilets a sitting room/TV room a kitchen diner and a really nice sunny back garden (with rear access, so you can get bikes etc. The rent includes all bills inc. Council tax, TV licence and broadband, so nothing else to pay.
The other tenants are all young females. We would prefer a personal guarantee instead of a deposit.
