Room to rent in a house in central Canterbury

Large Double Bedroom in a 3 bedroom house located in central Canterbury - just a 10 minute walk to the city centre.

I am the landlord and currently live in the property with a friend. I am looking for someone to replace me when I move out in a couple of weeks.

The 3rd room is not being rented and is just a spare room.

If required the room can come furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

You would have full access to the rest of the house which consists of a cosy lounge with large TV and access to Netflix etc, a good sized kitchen with all the necessary equipment and white goods, a spacious dining room with table and chairs and a south facing private garden with a patio area.

There is a double driveway out the front of the house which you will have access to 1 of the spaces.
