I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my room in Turing House on the University of Kent Canterbury campus. The accommodation is a 9-bedroom house with a shared kitchen and communal living space.

The room is ideal for a University of Kent student looking for convenient on-campus accommodation, with the university facilities and campus amenities close by.

The contract is for the 2026/27 academic year and the replacement will need to take over the remaining contract, subject to approval by the University of Kent Accommodation Office.

Rent: £227 per week
Council tax: exempt for full-time students
