This ad is for a large attic room with double bed in central Canterbury, The house is in Black Griffin Lane and not on Rheims way as it would appear on the map:

10 minutes Cycle to UKC Campus
5 minutes bus ride to UKC Campus
Times to CCCU and Rail and Coach stations are less

The Westgate Tower and Westgate Gardens are at the end of the street as well as the Stour river cycle. route .and a traffic free riverside path to all Supermarkets

There is a secluded rear garden and despite it`s proximity to town, 100 metres, the street is ,sociable and safe with no late night noise or drama

Normally the house would be shared with myself and two others but as it works best with two, I am offering the attic and the possible free use of an extra room if necessary for storage.

It is not a party, house and is quiet , clean and peaceful ,no queues to cook , strangers in the shower , no labelling food or kitchen clean ups

I have stated a minimum age of 30, but, as in politics ,age guarantees nothing, so happy to discuss this

It would help if you can avoid just posting "I`m interested" ,so a few words about yourself would help. It doesn`t need to be a CV, or how many "likes/followers" you have on your media, just enough to give a snapshot.

References are needed but to have any value, this needs to be reciprocal , so will provide verifiable references from previous housemates if needed.
