This ad is for large attic room and possibly a smaller single room in central Canterbury, the house is not on Rheims way as it would appear on the map:

There is a bus stop nearby for UKC and the coastal towns:

10 minutes Cycle to UKC Campus
5 minutes bus ride to UKC Campus
Times to CCCU and Rail and Coach stations are less

The Westgate Tower is at the end of the street as well as the Westgate Gardens and the Stour river cycle route (Nature`s Prozac)

There is a secluded rear garden and despite it`s proximity to town, 100 metres,, the street is quiet, sociable and safe and there is no late night noise

In total there will be 3 people sharing the house,, but hopefully ,2 after November as I will be making up for post pandemic time and resuming travelling

The house also has a resident cat , but lives downstairs .The cat actually owns the house but let`s us live here as we can open cat food and she can`t.

Rent is 500.00 for the attic double and if the single does become available, this will be 450.00 per calendar month., inclusive Please can you indicate what you would be interested in..

That`s the preferred scenario but due to other issues, we are fluid at the moment, so if you are not sure about anything ,just ask, but please do not just post, "I`m interested".
