The monthly rent for each room is between £345.00 - £375.00 (depending on room size). There is a separate lounge and fully equipped kitchen and garden.

In addition to the deposit and a months rent, a payment of £170.00 (12 month period) is due to cover broadband and TV Licence. Utilities (gas, electricity and water) will be billed on a monthly basis (depending on usage)

The double room will available from 1st March 2023

The single room will available from 1st February 2023
