The property has 4 spacious bedrooms. all of which are fully furnished. Only 2 rooms will be available to let from 01/ July for short term let. Please refer to bedroom 2 & 3 . Both rooms are double sized but for single occupancy. Please note: the rent only includes : broadband, water bill and garden service. The house is in an ideal location ( St. Dunstan’s area) . It is situated in a quiet road in Hanover Place, Canterbury. It is near West Gate, which is about 15 minutes walk to the University of Kent, 5 minutes walk to Canterbury West train station and 10 minutes walk to West Gate and the town centre.
