Available 1st August a large double bedded en-suite room, within a four bedroomed professional house in the St Dunstan's area, Roper Road. The room is located on the top floor, and recently decorated.

The house is let to young professionals, the en-suite bedroom is spacious, has a double bed, and is furnished. The house itself is modern, warm, well-presented, and has BT super fast WIFI. The open plan living area has a kitchen/diner with all modern conveniences, including dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, and there is a small garden with area for bike storage. The bedroom is ensuite with shower, basin and toilet.

The house is located on a residential road, a short walk from the city centre, very close to Canterbury West train station, Kent university, the local supermarkets, gyms and attractions of a vibrant city centre.

All the bills are included in the rental price, (including council tax) and one months rent is required, by way of a deposit. There are no agency fees, and I am a private live out landlord. 12 month minimum contract, No students. The room is for single occupancy. We will undertake a reference and credit check.

A parking permit can be purchased from Canterbury city council for the local area.
