We have one room, with a small double bed, available in this house in Regency Place for single occupancy.

This house is about a 15 minute walk to the city centre and is conveniently located for all Universities.

All utility bills and council tax (if applicable) are included in the price along with Unlimited internet.

Council tax band - D - but students are exempt on proof of student status to us
