There are young professionals and mature students living there, males and females. We are looking for housemates. Total rooms 5.
Bills are not included in the monthly rent, they are calculated based on usage. You would expect £65 in winter months and £50 in spring/summer months. Council tax is extra £60 to be paid only by professionals (full time students are exempt).

Viewings can be arranged during the week or weekends. No couple please. Each room has a single occupancy.
