We have a double room to rent in a four bedroom house near Canterbury City Centre. Its a 10 minute walk into town, less than 5 minutes to the nearest supermarkets and cinema and on a quiet street at the back of Canterbury College. It is a spacious and cozy house with a nice living room with a TV and two sofas. It has a spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboard and fridge space and two bathrooms. We have a small garden and you can see the top of Canterbury Cathedral out of the windows at the back of the house. The room has a small double bed, desk and wardrobe and all bills are included.
There is no parking space but you can apply through the council and this costs about £80 for the year.
